Sammie, our 15 year old Fox Terrier who never leaves mum’s side, had quite the adventure recently! When a visitor was leaving our house, Sammie thought that we were leaving with them in the car. Giving chase, she raced after the car until she had to give up. She was found lying down and panting on the footpath quite a way from home. Luckily she was wearing her Doggone tag so she got home quickly. I can laugh about it now, but at the time I would have gone crazy with worry if she had gone missing for long. I am very grateful to Doggone and the person that found Sammie.
