Doggone accepted in to Te Ohaka - Centre for Innovation and Growth
Doggone is delighted to have been invited to join Te Ohaka - Centre for Growth and Innovation. Te Ohaka is the engine room for high growth early stage start-ups in Christchurch, which is run in partnership between Ministry of Awesome, Ara Institute of Canterbury and ChristchurchNZ.

Ministry of Awesome’s Chief Awesome Officer, Marian Johnson, said “Doggone is an ingenious solution for all those pet owners out there who are walking the streets, calling their dog’s name, blu-tacking pictures of their pet on lamp posts and feeling utterly hopeless and scared that they’ll never see their fur baby again. We’re delighted to welcome Tracy and the Doggone team to the Te Ohoka startup incubator.

Doggone’s founder, Tracy Austin, is thrilled to have been accepted in to the high growth programme. “This is a great opportunity for Doggone. The support from Ministry of Awesome, Ara Institute of Canterbury and ChristchurchNZ is invaluable and so greatly appreciated by founders and start-ups like Doggone. This presents us with exposure to some great resources and knowledge and we are very grateful to be joining the programme!”
